Our web applications such as OpCenter provide remote access to your Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD), Records Management System (RMS) and Jail Management System (JMS). Built with Microsoft’s .NET technology, ONESolution OpCenter is a browser-based solution that provides secure access to users in remote locations or areas with low bandwidth. OpCenter encompasses three modules: OpsCAD, OpsRMS and OpsJMS, all with easy search capabilities. Additional online public safety applications include Police-to-Citizen (P2C) and Police-to-Police (P2P) solutions.
OpsCAD – View open/active calls and available/active units and retrieve calls for service details, such as arrival and clearance times, dispatch notes and caller information. OpsCAD events can be filtered and secured based on service type. If an agency uses our CAD Mapping program, active calls can be displayed graphically with icons representing active call types and locations. The system enables users to zoom, pan and change map layers.
OpsRMS – Retrieve complete demographic data, residence and employment information, warnings and alerts, outstanding warrants, vehicle information and incident details. This also is an effective tool for administrative users who don’t require full access to RMS.
OpsJMS – Find information related to a specific booking and link to other areas in OpCenter, such as the name and incident detail screen in OpsRMS.
Police-to-Citizen (P2C) – The P2C application enables agencies to utilize the internet to host a portal for citizens to retrieve, enter, and print reports. The application is a browser-based solution that provides a convenient location for citizens to perform simple searches, download reports, and complete applications online.
Police-to-Police (P2P) – Share information with other law enforcement agencies with our P2P Data Sharing application. This internet-based solution enables law enforcement agencies to share data with other participating agencies, while maintaining complete control over their own records management systems and databases.
