Chief Executive Officer
Simon Angove joined Superion as Chief Executive Officer in April 2017. Prior to leading Superion, Angove spent 25 years in the technology industry, serving both private and public sector clients. Most recently, he was Senior Vice President and General Manager at Verint, a billion-dollar customer relationship management and cyber-security company, where he led the global growth business units focused on client experience and digital engagement. Angove has been a serial entrepreneur, starting and growing innovative software companies in fields such as video analytics, cloud computing, and workforce optimization. He also has served as a senior executive within large multi-national technology companies. Shared among all of the businesses he has led is the common theme of powering superior customer experiences and delivering better outcomes for the organization, its customers, and its employees.
A native of England, Angove has lived in the United States for more than 20 years. He has a B.S. in General Management from Boston College. He makes his home in Atlanta, GA, with his Texan wife and two children.
President and Chief Commercial Officer
Kevin Lafeber has more than 25 years of sales and management experience, including positions as Director of Sales and Senior Vice President. Prior to joining Superion, Lafeber was responsible for providing sales leadership in the public sector including the federal, state and local markets. His vast experience serves to provide growth, innovation, development, strategic initiatives and customer relations for Superion.
Lafeber holds a B.A. in English from St. John’s University in Collegeville, MN.
Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial Officer, Brad Surminsky holds responsibility over finance and accounting, human resources, and legal affairs. Surminsky has over 25 years of financial leadership experience which has included accountability for all core finance functions, legal, information technology and operational management while also managing multiple acquisitions. Surminsky comes to Superion from D+H, a North American FinTech solutions provider. At D+H, he led the finance function for its U.S. operations and subsequently its Global Lending Solutions division. Prior to D+H, Surminsky spent several years at ADP where he served as CFO of the Canadian business, before relocating to Atlanta to take on the role of CFO at ADP’s National Accounts division. Prior to ADP, he served as CFO of ACNielsen Canada. Surminsky began his career at Arthur Andersen in Toronto where he earned his CPA, CA designation.
Surminsky holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto.
Chief Operating Officer
In his role as Chief Operating Officer, Todd Schulte is responsible for the strategic planning and execution of all Customer Support and Professional Services operations across Superion. Previously, Schulte served as the Senior Vice President of Customer Solution (Support and Services) for Aptean, a Vista portfolio company. He also served as the SVP of Global Support for Consona Corporation, which merged with CDC Software to form Aptean in 2012. Schulte has held a number of customer facing roles. With nearly 20 years of management, he has worked in Customer Support, Education, Product & Services Management, and Web Design.
Schulte holds a B.S. in Economics from Miami University.
Chief Technology Officer
As Chief Technology Officer, John Pulling is responsible Superion product management, product development, and QA operations. He has more than 25 years of operational leadership experience in the enterprise software industry. Most recently, Pulling served as CTO at Lanyon, a Vista portfolio company, where he led product management, product development, and cloud infrastructure. Prior to joining Lanyon, Pulling led product and cloud operations teams at BigMachines, another Vista portfolio company, where he served as Senior Vice President of Products. Before assuming that role, Pulling served as Vice President of Product Management at Infor, where he was responsible for product strategy for their strategic applications, including customer relationship management, supply chain management, enterprise asset management, public sector and product lifecycle management. Prior to Infor, he was Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Provia Software, a provider of supply chain software.
Pulling holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
Chief Marketing Officer
In his role as Chief Marketing Officer, Jatin Atre is responsible for marketing, demand generation, and brand acceleration across Superion. Most recently, he was Senior Vice President of Marketing at APT in Washington, D.C., where he managed all aspects of demand generation, brand building, and sales enablement. Atre developed effective marketing programs which brought together marketing campaign automation platforms, digital marketing, content marketing, account based marketing, and streamlined lead-to-revenue management. APT’s cloud-based SaaS products power analytics at leading organizations across 10 industries in more than 25 countries. Before working in marketing, he worked in consulting and advised Fortune 500 companies on the best practices to improve the ROI and effectiveness of their marketing and operations functions. Atre also brings experience in new market entry, IPO-processes (TAM, S1 Business Sections), and re-branding.
Atre received his master’s (summa cum laude) and Ph.D. degrees at the University of Pennsylvania. He has presented and published multiple articles and papers focused on decision making, choice models, and multivariate techniques.
